Thank you for choosing Mail AI. We strive to provide a seamless, high-value experience with our smart inbox and AI-powered alert system. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand how we handle subscriptions, pay-as-you-go credits, and wallet recharges.

1. The 7-Day Pro Trial & Free Credits

We provide a generous 7-Day Pro Trial and complimentary sign-up credits so that you can fully test the Mail AI platform, AI auto-drafts, and WhatsApp/Telegram alerts completely risk-free before making a purchase.

  • Because we offer this free testing period, we expect users to evaluate the software's fit for their business before subscribing.
  • Trial credits have no cash value and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Pro Subscriptions & Cancellations

Mail AI offers Monthly and Yearly "Pro Inbox" subscription plans.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Mail AI Dashboard. Canceling will prevent your card from being billed on the next renewal date.
  • Access After Cancellation: If you cancel, you will retain full access to Pro features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
  • No Prorated Refunds: Because you have immediate access to our digital infrastructure and AI tools, we do not offer prorated refunds for partially used months or years once a billing cycle has started.

3. Pay-As-You-Go Wallet Recharges

For users purchasing extra alert credits (Wallet Recharges), we offer a transparent refund policy under specific conditions:

Eligibility Criteria for Credit Refunds

Refunds for manual credit recharges can be requested within 48 hours of the transaction, provided NO credits from that specific recharge have been consumed.

Once any portion of a purchased credit pack is used for alerts or AI processing, the remaining balance becomes non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Cases (Technical Errors)

If a subscription payment or credit recharge is successful at your bank's end but your Mail AI account is not updated due to a technical server error or gateway timeout:

  • We will manually verify the transaction with our payment partner (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe).
  • We will fix the balance and credit your wallet, or initiate a full refund to the original payment source, within 24-48 hours of receiving valid payment proof.
